Sashy Pants Return Policy
Clothing may be returned within 14 days of the order date for exchange, store credit or a refund. You must contact us (first) to get our Exchange Form and return any items within this 14 day time period. No exceptions will be made.
Tags and/or original packaging (if applicable) must be intact and all items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. All SALE items are FINAL SALE, this includes any items sold during promotions (i.e. Grab bags, Black Friday, End of Year Sales, Discounts over 30% etc.). This also includes any items sold on Instagram (Flash Sales). No returns or exchanges allowed on SALE items. Any items (that are not under our SALE tab) sold during special newsletter promotions or using a discount code are only eligible for store credit.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item for a refund or replacement. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.
To exchange or return by mail:
1. Print & complete the exchange form.
2. Please specify if you would like store credit, an exchange or a refund.
3. Mail your item(s) along with the exchange form to the address listed on the form. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping on any unwanted items. We encourage getting tracking as Sashy Pants is not responsible for lost packages in the mail.
4. You will receive an email when your exchange/return is processed. Returns are processed from Monday-Thursday (we are closed on Fridays, Saturday & Sundays) and please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received.
