Sashy Pants Return Policy
Clothing purchased at full price, may be returned within 14 days of the date your item was delivered to you for STORE CREDIT only. You must contact us by email at sashypants2@hotmail.com to get our Return Form! Fill it out, and return it to us, with your item(s), within this 14 day time frame.
Tags and/or original packaging MUST BE intact, and all items must be unwashed, unworn, and FREE OF ANY ODOR.
All SALE items and items using a discount code of ANY amount are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges allowed), this includes any items sold during promotions (i.e., Grab bags, Black Friday, End of Year Sales, Newsletter promotions, Birthday discounts and special Holiday sales just to name a few). All items purchased using a discount code/gift card for winning a giveaway are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges on giveaway purchases. We love offering a variety of coupons and discounts and hosting regular giveaways AND offering Reward Points for our customers, but to continue to do so and keep low prices, we cannot accept returns on discounted and giveaway items.
In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item please contact us, within 72 hours of receiving the item, for a refund or replacement. Defects must be reported within this 3-day period and before items are worn or washed. We cannot accept any items back that have been worn and/or washed. No exceptions.
To return by mail:
- Print & complete the Return Form (email us at sashypants2@hotmail.com to receive).
- Please fill out the entire form.
- Mail your item(s), along with the Return form, to the address listed on the form. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. We encourage you to get a tracking number and insurance as Sashy Pants is not responsible for lost packages in the mail.
- You will receive an email when your Return is processed. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving in our office.
